Summer Strategy: Lean Condition Period.
In the Summer, rather than a difficult and restrictive, low calorie "cut" in the conventional sense, we merely reboot from adequate levels and build back towards optimal levels of fueling. As this adequate level is significantly in deficit of the maximal level of fueling established in the Spring, we'll draw even further from what fat stores remain while utilising the incoming energy and resources to maintain performance and lean mass.
