Thanks for joining the Flexible Fueling Express Program.
As you're aware, this is not a "custom" program and it is intended to be for people who are new to the flexible dieting approach, and new to resistance training.
Our goal is that after a few weeks, you'll have some good, sensible and sustainable habits well established and hopefully be confident to progress towards a more advanced, custom strategy.
The fueling targets & training routines you'll soon have access to should be suitable to most beginners, but just to be safe please fill out the survey on this page and in the unlikely event that I feel like anything is unsuitable, I'll touch base with some other suggestions.
Soon you'll start to receive the Flexible Fueling Express program via email, with guidelines on how to plan each day's meals and snacks to come in on target.
Here's a suggested plan for the first two weeks, to assess how well these targets suit your needs.
