Thanks for joining the Flexible Fueling Six Week Challenge.
As you're aware, this is not a "custom" program and it is intended to be for people who are new to the flexible dieting approach, and new to resistance training.
Our goal is that within the six weeks, you'll have some good, sensible and sustainable habits well established and hopefully be confident to progress towards a more advanced, custom strategy.
The fueling targets & training routines you'll soon have access to should be suitable to most beginners, but just to be safe please fill out the survey on this page and in the unlikely event that I feel like anything is unsuitable, I'll touch base with some other suggestions.
Soon you'll have access to the Flexible Fueling Test Drive where you'll find the introductory target ranges that we'll work to on this Six Week Challenge.
