DHPT Online Coaching 2025:

You're almost there.

 

If you've made it to this page you probably already have a good idea of what it's all about with me on this program, but let's recap all the same.

 

1. Custom, Evolving Sports Nutrition Strategy.

 

This not just "here are your macros" or "here is your caloric deficit" or "meal plan" and "you need to be accountable".
We will map out a long term strategy that will take you from where you're at now, to where you need to be long term.


The strategy is about building the confidence and building a healthy appetite to pursue OPTIMAL levels of fueling, rather than pressure and guilt (oops I mean "accountability") to restrict indefinately to some insufficient amount. 

 

And of course... it's YOUR choice of foods, and anything goes.

I've been doing it this way for over a decade when everyone else was doing "clean eating", and "paleo", and "caloric deficit" and everything in between, and while a few people have since caught on, I still believe no one is on my level for long term fueling strategies.

 

This is why you'll see former clients from up to 10 or more years ago still singing my praises on social media. Because they Simply Do Not go back to "dieting" in the conventional sense.

 

2. Pick N Mix Training system.

 

We're not re-inventing the wheel with training the way I had to with nutrition, but we have a great strenth training system which we can customise based on how many days per week and how much time per session you have to spend in the gym. Obvioulsy we build the nutrition strategy to match this level of activity as well.

 

3. DHPT Online Coaching App

 

The training program and nutrition strategy will be set up on the app, but if you prefer to stick with MyFitnessPal or some other app you're already used to, that's fine as well.

 

4. Accountability.

 

No I'm just kidding. 
 

I hate that we've all been conditioned to think an interest in fitness requires "accountability", as if you're only going to make the effort out of fear of getting told off or something. 

 

This system is all about ENTHUSIASM, and you'll MAINTAIN your enthusiasm by checking in with the group on Sundays and Wednesdays to report that your training schedule is set, meal and snack selection is made, and that you're feeling strong and confident and all of the other good things. 

 

Optional Social Chat on Saturday evenings as well.
Consider Sunday and Wednesday mandatory and have the attitude that you're looking forward to checking in, not you're gonna get told off if you don't.

 

5. Access and availability.

 

This is a key difference because I'm not selling dozens or hundreds of programs per month, OK?


So you can usually get ahold of me when you need to between 8:30am and 8:30pm Yanakie time. 


There may be a delay if I'm in the gym with a local client, visiting my mother, submerged in the ocean, or something like that... and after 8:30pm I get off the screens and read a book... but usually you'll hear back from me pretty quickly and I'll be happy to chat. 

 

6. New Onboarding Sequence

 

This season there's a brand new onboarding sequence of emails that will cover everything you need to know to hit the ground running when I deliver your new strategies. 

 

7. Unique outlooks.

 

An interest in fitness and training is something that should enhance your quality of life.


It should improve your health, and make you happier. 


It should be one of the highlights of your day, and working with a coach and participating in a group should be a positive experience as well.

 

And of course the best way to ENABLE sustainable results not just in performance and physical condition but in Quality Of Life is by rejecting diet culture and instead being well fueled via regular, enjoyable meals.
